Donna Carlyle

Donna Carlyle is an executive assistant for Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis that is committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all. Carlyle provides administrative support to Lumina’s strategic engagement team.

Carlyle brings to the position years of experience in administrative support for a number of Indianapolis-based organizations.  She has worked for Sawyer Business Group, GPM Investments, Fifth Third Bank, and Optum. She has a terrific track record of supporting both in-person and remote teams, helping to introduce teams to new technology platforms, and assuring that schedules and complex projects stay on schedule and on track.
