Kaye Vitug

Kaye Vitug is the chief financial officer and senior vice president of Roche Diagnostics Corp. In that role, she oversees  a multibillion-dollar profit-and-loss statement and helps steer the company through mergers and acquisitions, workforce transformation, and other large-scale changes.

Previously, she held senior-level finance positions with Roche in the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Switzerland. Prior to coming to Roche, Vitug worked eight years as a finance officer at Genentech Inc. and seven years as a financial and actuarial analyst for Delta Dental.

She is the co-founder and co-CEO of Unlocking Eve,  a nonprofit foundation that promotes integrated leadership improve health and business outcomes. She also serves on the board of directors for the United Way of Central Indiana.

Vitug earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. The Indianapolis Business Journal honored her as a 2022 Woman of Influence.
